To be eligible for membership, candidates must qualify as one of the following:
Senior-level Hispanic manager/executive within three levels from the CEO of a Fortune 1000/Global 500 corporation or a Privately Held Company with annual revenues of at least $5 Million
Hispanic executive serving on the Board of Directors of a Fortune 1000/Global 500 corporation or equivalent
Senior level Hispanic manager/executive at a top-tier professional services firm or equivalent
Recognized Hispanic thought leader/senior-level academic leader
